Oldest hockey stick goes for $2,000,000 on eBay

60 years before the NHL was even invented, it was just a piece of wood.
But today, that hunk of a stump is the world's oldest hockey stick and sold on eBay recently for more than $2 million Canadian dollars.
Gord Sharpe, a former captain of the Clarkson University hockey team, was passed down the stick by a family member when he was nine years old.
Sharpe, who now lives near Toronto, said he left it laying around his house for years until he realized it might be worth something.
