As the holiday shopping season kicks into gear, eBay announced a three-day promotion to encourage sellers to offer free shipping on their listings.
From November 28 - 30, sellers who offer free shipping for domestic buyers on eBay.com will receive Subtitle and Border listing upgrades at no charge. Certain categories and formats are excluded from the promotion, such as Store listings.
